Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operations, policies, and programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and recommend compensation strategies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Direct labor relations activities, including collective bargaining administration, contract negotiations, grievance processes, and employee investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee health and welfare benefits strategy, design, communication, and administration.
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and department procedures, while driving continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and develop the HR team to support organizational goals.
  • Provide strong, professional leadership and model organizational values.
  • Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and departmental budgeting responsibilities.
