Responsibilities
- Guide the company’s financial operations with strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.
- Manage a talented accounting team, oversee budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Champion process improvements that strengthen the financial foundation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing or supervising staff with the drive and willingness to help others identify and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated success in managing a broad set of accounting and finance functions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and delegate effectively while maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Limelight, and PayCom is a plus.

Pay
Expected salary range: $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience.
