Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of monthly/annual financial statements, audit and budget cycles
- Guidance on Accounts Payable, payroll, cash management, and billing/cash application
- Development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management routines
- Management of treasury and foreign exchange (FX) reporting, and bank covenant reporting
- Support for accounts receivable (AR) risk management
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), including ASC 606 revenue recognition
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Active CPA
- Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, Power Query, and modeling)
- Experience with SharePoint and Power BI
- Experience with Sage ERP, Solver Reporting System, and Cargowise (or comparable Total Transportation Management System - TMS)
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and ethical conduct
- Proficiency with AI systems
