Director of Finance

Job Summary

Established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, inventory accounting, cost accounting, credit, and banking functions for a growing multi-entity organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Finance and accounting leadership experience at a company 200M+
• Strong manufacturing and inventory accounting experience required
• Background in cost accounting, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital management
• Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams (10+)
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution
• CPA and/or MBA preferred

Compensation

Compensation: $190K-$240K base + 10 - 20% bonus
