About the role
The Director of Finance serves as the CFO’s key strategic partner and second-in-command, providing leadership across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational decision support. This role blends strong analytical and technical finance expertise with solid accounting knowledge and an emphasis on building and developing a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, systems-oriented, data-driven, and capable of improving processes, elevating analytical rigor, and building/developing teams. The Director of Finance will support the shell and drywall companies while enabling the CFO to focus on broader enterprise initiatives.
