Director of Finance About Pipp Mobile Join Pipp Mobile on our mission to help businesses save space and improve efficiency with customizable storage solutions by serving retail, office, manufacturing, institutional, and horticulture customers worldwide! As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Director of Finance who works closely with the CFO to ensure accounting operations, financial controls, close processes, audit support, tax information coordination, and management reporting support to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership – Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CFO, executive leadership, operations, sales, HR, IT, and functional leaders by translating financial results into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans. Treasury, Cash Management & Working Capital – Overseeing treasury activities including cash forecasting, cash management, banking relationships, debt/credit facility coordination, liquidity planning, and short-term investment/borrowing needs. Accounting Partnership, Controls, & Compliance Support – Partner with the Controller to ensure close, consolidation, financial reporting, audit support, tax information coordination, and internal control activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Insurance & Risk Oversight – Oversee coordination of business insurance programs, policy renewals, coverage analysis, claim support, and related risk-management reporting in partnership with internal stakeholders and external brokers. Automation & Process Improvement – Lead initiatives to improve automation of financial activities across AR, AP, banking, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and management reporting. Leadership & Team Development – Lead, mentor, and develop Finance team leaders and individual contributors, building a culture of accountability, responsiveness, customer service, continuous improvement, confidentiality, and professional integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, and 8+ years of technical operations management or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred. Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, cash forecasting, and business-partnering routines. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel, ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial systems; experience improving reporting, data visibility, automation, or ERP-enabled processes preferred.
