The ideal candidate brings strong financial expertise alongside experience in compliance, risk management, and corporate operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
• Oversee accounting operations and financial performance
• Manage cash flow and multi-entity financial activity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings
• Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks
• Build and improve systems for financial operations and documentation

Pay

The compensation range for this salaried exempt position is $140,000–$205,000.
