About the Role
The Director of Finance will report directly to the CEO and will serve as the company’s most senior finance leader and a trusted business partner to executive leadership. This individual will play a central role in strengthening financial infrastructure – designing processes, implementing best practices, and building the reporting needed to support informed decision-making and future growth. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a build-and-improve environment and is excited about creating structure, enhancing visibility, and supporting a growing professional services organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to build, scale, and shape the finance function, not just manage it.
