Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, analysis, and close processes.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve profitability and performance.
- Drive cost accounting, margin analysis, and project-based financial management.
- Evaluate capital investments and provide ROI recommendations.
- Develop financial models, KPIs, and reporting tools to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading teams and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Background in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting and ERP systems.

Pay
$150,000 - $170,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
Schedule
100% onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
