Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in school finance, governmental accounting, nonprofit finance, municipal finance, higher education, healthcare or comparable organization financial leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and budget development.
• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, investments, purchasing, and annual audits.
• Develop long-range financial plans and fiscal forecasts that support organizational priorities.
• Oversee procurement and financial operations related to transportation, food services and facilities.
• Provide financial leadership for capital projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with administrators, Board members, and community partners.
• Supervise and support Business Office and Food Service staff.
