Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll operations for 350+ employees, including payroll tax compliance and ACA reporting
- Oversee tax reporting, audits, financial compliance, and corporate filings
- Manage insurance programs, risk management, and business continuity efforts
- Administer contracts, legal documentation, leases, and vendor agreements
- Oversee banking relationships, debt management, and financing agreements
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, financial planning, growth initiatives, and special projects
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, payroll, compliance, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, corporate compliance, insurance, contracts, and banking relationships
- Experience supporting executive leadership and driving strategic business decisions
- CPA, MBA, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Manufacturing, industrial, or privately held company experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$190,000 base salary
