About the role
The Director of Field Enablement will lead the enablement efforts across multiple regions to support sales teams in achieving their goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in sales enablement, and the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of driving business results through enablement programs
- Experience managing remote teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content
