The Director of Faculty Practice Operations, Dental position sits at the intersection of clinical care, education, and business operations. The Director will have the opportunity to shape a key part of the School of Dentistry\'s external reputation and internal performance, with meaningful visibility and impact. We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee and grow the Faculty Practice Clinic, a critical component of the School of Dentistry\'s clinical, financial, and reputational performance. This is not a maintenance role. The Director will be responsible for improving clinic productivity, strengthening the patient experience, optimizing provider performance, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the practice. The Director will operate with broad authority across operations, staffing, budgeting, and workflow design, and serve as the primary operational partner to clinical leadership.
