Responsibilities
- Leads the preparation and filing of all external reports, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings.
- Ensures compliance with SEC, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manages the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes and MD&A disclosures.
- Oversees the coordination and communication with external auditors during the review and audit processes.
- Maintains internal controls over financial reporting.
- Conducts research on technical accounting issues and documents findings to support financial reporting and compliance.
- Provides guidance and training to staff on external reporting requirements and best practices.
- Works closely with other departments, including legal, investor relations, and corporate finance, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manages and mentors a direct report, providing support and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA required.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in external reporting and public accounting.
- Experience in managing and developing team members.
- Experience with OneStream a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The Director of External Reporting typically works standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
