About the role

As Director of Events & Sponsorships, you shape how ImpactAssets and ImpactAssets Capital Partners show up in the world — translating brand, relationships, and mission into experiences that resonate. This role is approximately 30% strategic leadership and 70% hands‑on execution. You shape the strategic vision, design, manage, and execute experiences across the full range of event types: client and prospect convenings, thought‑leadership forums, virtual programming, and internal events that keep a mission‑driven organization connected and aligned. Partnering directly with C‑suite and senior stakeholders, you bring strategic thinking and flawless execution in equal measure. An expert project manager with a sharp eye for detail, you read rooms well, anticipate needs, and know how to translate complex messaging into moments that stick. The audience spans sustainability‑minded ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and private foundations, and your discretion matches the trust they place in this organization. This is a full‑time remote position; travel is up to 25% and a willingness to work irregular hours is required.
