We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Overview (company overview) and Position Summary (role description). We can treat "About the role" maybe from Position Summary. Responsibilities are listed under RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS and Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required. Skills: maybe part of Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Benefits: listed under What's In It For You (Financial Wellbeing, Health & Wellness, Family & Lifestyle, etc). Pay: compensation range given. Schedule: HOURS: standard full-time 40-hour schedule Monday-Friday. Travel: 25%-50% (maybe schedule? but schedule section is for work hours; travel could be separate but not required; we can include schedule as hours). We should not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience" for Pay? Actually Pay section should be included only if posting actually states them. It does state compensation range $225,000 - $245,000 / year, commensurate with experience. That's specific enough; we can include Pay section with that range. The phrase "commensurate with experience" is okay; it's not placeholder like "not specified". So include.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, accessibility, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from company overview, position summary, responsibilities (list), qualifications (education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities), benefits (financial wellbeing, health & wellness, family & lifestyle), pay, schedule/hours, travel maybe as part of schedule? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have those possible headings. We need to decide which to include.
We have content for About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Qualifications (education and work experience). Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Benefits (what's in it for you). Pay (compensation). Schedule (hours). Travel maybe could be part of Schedule or separate but not required; we could include travel under Schedule as note.
We must not create sections with filler text. All sections we include must have real content.
We'll produce HTML like:
items for each bullet. The original has headings like Planning, Operations, Risk Management, Supervisory. We could keep those as subheadings? But instruction only allows h3 for section headings; we could use
About the role
... position summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... each essential job function ...
for prose and
- for lists. We could keep the headings as inside
- or as
but not as heading. Probably better to keep as
- with the heading text bold. We need to extract each essential job function bullet. Let's parse the responsibilities section: "ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Planning Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiativesParticipate in the implementation of strategic business plansAssist in the creation and actively participate in Leadership TrainingManage capital requests and group’s budgetDevelop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Operations Maintain in-depth relations with all Operations Directors and project leadsManage any third parties to which functions have been outsourcedImplement operational best practices: controls, systems, etc.Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting as deemed by your supervisorCoordinate with schedule resources, design team members, and other functional groups to ensure estimate completenessCoordinate with Business Development and Operations on upcoming opportunitiesSupervise and manage estimating processes, to include:Supervise team of estimators and procurement personnel to develop competitive direct and indirect cost estimates, provide input to financial models, etc.Coordinate with Project Controls to ensure well developed proposal schedules and cash flow curves are created that reflect the hours and costs in the estimate.Interface with Proposal Managers as needed to provide input to proposal development.Supervise quantity take-offs and scope reviews with Subcontractors.Comply with standard Phase Code Structure on bids to ensure seamless transfer after awardMaintain historical database of actual costs from completed jobsEnsure estimate instructions are clear so internal stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors are all using same basis in compiling their estimateLead effort with Operations Director(s) to develop most cost-effective construction means & methods, traffic control or logistics plans, and project scheduleLead estimate reviews with management to ensure that all estimate data required is provided to Proposal Manager for inclusion in Management Review packagesSupervise estimate close-out, subcontractor and material comparisons, final cut/add sheet, completion of all pricing forms, revenue curves, etc. as required for proposalTrack and review unsuccessful bids for learning opportunitiesWork with estimating team to improve estimating practices, estimate set-up, etc. and develop new estimating leaders Risk Management Understand the risks in each assigned project estimate and ensure the risk and contingency process is followed and estimates reflect the companies direction regarding those risks.Monitor current issues affecting the industry that need to be evaluated in pricing and proposing on workConstruct and monitor reliable control systemsReport risk issues to the Vice President of Project Services, Senior Vice President and/or Vice President of Finance as needed Supervisory Supervises the Estimating Managers within their respective Service LineProvides assistance to other Estimating Directors upon request for coverage, assurance or other purposesManage, lead direct reports, and mentor." We need to split into sensible list items. Could group by the main categories: Planning, Operations, Risk Management, Supervisory. Under each, list the bullet points. We'll produce something like:
