We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Company Overview, Position Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required (maybe part of Qualifications), Physical Demands, Hours, Travel, What's In It For You (Benefits, Pay). We must not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Company Overview (could be "About the role" or "Company Overview"? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. Likely we need sections: About the role (company overview + position summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (education and experience), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (What's In It For You), Pay (compensation), Schedule (hours). Travel maybe part of Schedule? Could include Travel under Schedule or separate? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Travel is given: Expected travel is between 25% – 50 %. Also later under HOURS: standard full-time 40-hour schedule, Monday-Friday. TRAVEL: 25% - 50% repeated. So we have both Hours and Travel. Could combine into Schedule section covering hours and travel. Or separate? The instruction lists Schedule as a possible heading. We'll make a Schedule section containing hours and travel. Pay: compensation range $225,000 - $245,000 / year, commensurate with experience. Also mention competitive pay etc. We'll include Pay. Benefits: list of benefits under What's In It For You. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, accessibility, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details from responsibilities, qualifications, skills, etc. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid headings with filler text. So we must ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract content. Company Overview: The Name operating group/Company Name is part of the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) business segment. The CE&I segment generates over $4.5 billion in annual revenue, providing construction services across our renewables, industrial, infrastructure, and general building operating groups. Responsibilities: big list under ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS with subheadings Planning, Operations, Risk Management, Supervisory. We need to turn into a list (

    • ) maybe grouping? The instruction: Use

          with each duty as
        • . Could keep the subheadings as part of
        • text? Probably we can keep them as part of the li text. We need to preserve all substantive information; not summarizing. So we need to include each bullet from responsibilities. Pre-employment screening is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered part of hiring process; but it's not a benefit or responsibility. Might be considered boilerplate?
