- Define and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies, standards, and architectural frameworks.
- Lead the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data, cloud, and automation platforms.
- Oversee the integration of systems and data to improve consistency, reliability, and business continuity.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, including AI and advanced analytics, and turn them into practical initiatives.
- Ensure technology roadmaps, designs, and implementations align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and security standards.
- Mentor and support teams to drive architectural maturity and technical excellence.
Requirements
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Mentor and support teams to drive architectural maturity and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics
- 15+ years of varied technical experience, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and delivering major technology programs
- 10-15 years of technical hands-on, management, leadership and mentorship experience
- 8-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture in a complex environment
- 8-10 years of strong understanding of modern technology trends, cloud platforms, integration patterns, ERP systems, and enterprise solution design
- 8+ years of experience in cloud transformation, data architectures, ERP programs, AI/ML initiatives, automation (Power Automate) and large-scale platform integrations
- Master's degree in engineering, science or mathematics (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of architectural governance, security-aligned design, and modern enterprise delivery practices (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry experience (preferred)
