About the role
The Director of Enterprise Risk & Insurance will lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies and insurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize financial exposure. This role requires a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies, insurance policies, and legal frameworks relevant to large-scale enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee the procurement and administration of insurance policies to protect against various risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management or insurance
- A degree in a related field such as business, finance, or law
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex risk scenarios
- Experience working in a corporate environment with a focus on enterprise-level risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
