Director of Enterprise Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will own enterprise reporting transformation efforts, bringing structure and clarity to how strategic information is organized, measured, and delivered across the business. The role will guide the development of a unified reporting framework that supports decision-making at scale. Working closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders, this person will translate strategy into execution and help drive consistent outcomes across multiple workstreams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,000 – $233,000 annually Responsibilities Lead enterprise reporting transformation initiatives Drive the roadmap for a unified enterprise reporting framework Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans Engage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes Shape strategic plans and make implementation decisions Oversee development of data lake and reporting tools Establish reporting metrics for enterprise transformation initiatives Qualifications 8+ years in program management or operational leadership Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives Strong collaboration with business, product, and technology teams Effective at influencing senior stakeholders Experience managing ambiguity and competing priorities Director-level experience in strategic planning Familiarity with healthcare or health IT environments is a plus Benefits Remote work opportunity Full-time, permanent position Exempt employment type Work across multiple time zones Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
