About the role

This role is designed to safeguard standards for Alpha's forward-thinking school model, integrating demanding academics, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Taking complete ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to final onboarding.
  • Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and commitment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand credibility (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated service businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment pathway from initial engagement through final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, utilizing a clear tracking and prioritization methodology.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with C-suite executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Background in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or C-level support functions.
  • Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to optimize conversion quality, not merely velocity.

Benefits

Working with us offers a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
