About the role
This role is designed to safeguard standards in a forward-thinking school model that integrates demanding academics, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations. The mandate is to enroll the right families, ensuring alignment with the Alpha model.
Responsibilities
- Taking complete ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to final onboarding.
- Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
- Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and commitment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand credibility (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated service businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment pathway from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, utilizing a clear tracking and prioritization methodology.
- Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
- Professional written correspondence experience with C-suite executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
- Background in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or C-level support functions.
- Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to optimize conversion quality, not merely velocity.

Schedule
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
