Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD
About the role
This role is designed to uphold rigor and deliver results by enrolling the right families for Alpha's school model. The objective is mutual alignment rather than filling seats.
Responsibilities
Direct the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial contact through onboarding completion.
Facilitate needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking of status and follow-up requirements.
Facilitate campus tours, shadow day experiences, and enrollment conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's intended audience with precision.
Ensure CRM and enrollment data accuracy (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
Requirements
3+ years providing premium, individualized service in contexts where service caliber directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated service businesses).
Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial inquiry through final onboarding.
Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.
Professional writing experience engaging senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment management.
Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service quality benchmarks.
Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely transaction velocity.
Benefits
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
