Director of Enrollment, Alpha - $200,000/year USD
About the role
This position is designed to uphold standards for a forward-thinking school model that integrates demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations. The objective is to select the right families for the Alpha model, ensuring proper alignment.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Facilitation of assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
- Stewardship of 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, with transparent tracking of progress and necessary follow-up.
- Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-oriented meetings that articulate results, standards, and the model's ideal audience.
- Ensuring precision in CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, priority management, and service excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in contexts where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-led service businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial contact through final onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across distinct stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your own offering due to misalignment.
- Professional experience composing written communication for senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

- Professional history in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support positions.
- Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service quality benchmarks.
