About the role

The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every part of their lives. This is the one role they haven't yet filled. You will become the person they reach out to when uncertainty surfaces, when something doesn't sit right, or when they want to share a moment they know you'll appreciate.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the relationship with every family at your campus—the evolving, deepening connection that makes parents feel genuinely understood, not merely served
  • Identify concerns before they escalate into formal discussions, and address them with the tact and interpersonal skill that preserves confidence
  • Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning drop-off (7–9am), afternoon pick-up (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend events
  • Create a campus community with real substance—events, rituals, and touchpoints that make families feel part of something meaningful and worth safeguarding
  • Develop parent advocates naturally, delivering experiences so reliably outstanding that referrals emerge as the organic result
  • Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and occasional reservations—not only during enrollment, but across their entire tenure on campus
  • Recognize when a family is not the right match and manage that outcome with the same care you apply elsewhere—protecting the community is integral to serving it
  • Establish the systems and routines this role demands in a setting where the blueprint is still being developed

Requirements

  • Currently live within commuting range of one of these campuses OR prepared to relocate within 60 days (preference given to candidates with established local ties)
  • Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas (Carrollton), TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston (The Woodlands), TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5+ years in a relationship-focused capacity serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—private school admissions, luxury hospitality, philanthropy, or any context where discretion, warmth, and interpersonal skill were equally critical as competence
  • Proven capacity to maintain relationships through challenging situations with sophisticated families and preserve trust throughout
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—genuine rather than rehearsed
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education—through professional experience or as a parent—that provides credible standing when families raise questions about the model
  • Sincere conviction in AI-powered education and the capacity to sustain that belief authently across years of parent engagement, not limited to the enrollment phase
  • Availability for flexible scheduling: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening functions 2–3x monthly, and periodic weekend activities

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Outstanding candidates will possess at least one of the following:
  • Pre-existing connections within the local affluent community that would provide an immediate, organic advantage on campus
  • Private school or independent school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community building—beyond enrollment metrics alone
  • Experience managing high-stakes family dynamics where your judgment and discretion were the reason relationships remained strong
  • Natural ability to design experiences—gatherings, moments, environments—where people feel connected to something worth defending
  • Prior startup or early-stage involvement where you built from the ground up and maintained composure through rapid change
