About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and outcomes for shared frameworks and developer tooling
  • Increase the efficiency of Product & Engineering by driving adoption of shared services
  • Develop and oversee the Solutions Engineering Squad for agency management
  • Modernize the Product Development Lifecycle with innovative engineering practices
  • Protect the Pod’s mission from becoming a catch-all for unowned work
  • Recruit and develop engineering managers to build a strong team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on the Pod's vision and budget management

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading engineering organizations at a senior level, preferably as Director or Senior Engineering Manager
  • Experience scaling teams during significant revenue growth (from $100M to $300M)
  • Track record of managing platform or developer-productivity teams focused on internal customers
  • Effective in managing outside agency partners and ensuring quality ownership
  • Fluency in AI-assisted development tools with practical implementation experience
  • Strong communication skills, capable of making technical cases to engineers and business cases to executives
