Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversight of maintenance and repair operations
• Leading a team of engineers
• Ensuring proper functioning of various systems
• Developing engineering strategy and annual budget
• Providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and support
• Creating, executing, and refining preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Ensuring safety and security awareness
• Implementing systems, processes, and equipment according to environmental guidelines
• Leading resort renovations and projects
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring project completion within budget
• Maintaining inventory and purchasing supplies
• Collaborating with other departments for seamless guest experiences

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
