Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision for production systems
- Lead, scale, and mentor geographically distributed software development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives
- Drive the adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies for industrial and manufacturing automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of engineering experience with a focus on enterprise software development
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed engineering teams
- Strong business and technical acumen, with expertise in project management
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information
