Responsibilities
- Lead program-level communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for major infrastructure programs
- Advise agency leadership on messaging, stakeholder alignment, and construction communications
- Develop alignment strategies and messaging frameworks for multiple projects and stakeholders
- Translate complex technical information into effective communications for public understanding
- Strengthen coordination across technical teams and client stakeholders for effective project delivery
- Manage scope, schedule, and performance of concurrent projects
- Support business development efforts including proposals and pursuits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Planning, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of experience supporting major infrastructure programs
- Transportation program client experience at federal, municipal, and/or state level
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex communications and stakeholder engagement programs
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong writing, editing, and strategic planning skills
Preferred
- Accreditation in Public Relations (APR)
Pay
$226,929 – $252,143 annually
