Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, learning and development, or related fields.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational development, learning and leadership development, Human Resources in higher education, government, or other complex organizations, Applicant Tracking Systems (PageUp preferred), Human Resource Information Systems (Banner preferred), Workforce analytics and reporting, Project management and continuous improvement, Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
