Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the overall operations of the early childhood program, including staff supervision, hiring, coaching, evaluations, and professional development.
- Oversee educational programming, program quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Manage budgeting, financial administration, enrollment processes, purchasing, and other business operations.
- Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication, enrollment support, tours, and community engagement.
- Cook up daily program logistics, classroom scheduling, facilities, and resources to ensure an exceptional learning environment.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that empowers educators, supports families, and advances the organization's mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood education, preschool, childcare, or educational setting.
- Previous classroom teaching experience with a strong understanding of child development and effective learning environments.
- Experience overseeing staff, budgets, enrollment, and day-to-day program operations while building positive relationships with families.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and school or student information management systems.

Pay
This opportunity offers a competitive salary between $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, paid time off, and additional employer-sponsored benefits.
