Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and implementation
• Develop and manage educational programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff in implementing best practices
• Conduct regular assessments of educational programs and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership
• Proven track record of improving educational outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
