Director of Education

What You’ll Do

Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth.
Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement.
Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus!
• 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers.
• Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
