Primary Responsibilities
- Avoidance of non-compliance with state, federal, institutional, and programmatic accreditation regulations and policies.
- Credentialing of all faculty members to teach assigned courses.
- Management of the Institution’s Institutional Effectiveness Plan (IEP).
- Development and implementation of academic policy and procedures.
- Management of the educational budget.
- Coordination of educational program planning, development, coordination, review, and administration.
- Supervision, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-10 years of combined experience in academic operations of a college or university, or related.

Pay
Good Faith Pay Range: In accordance with Virginia law, the good-faith hourly pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, skills, and other legitimate business factors.
