Director of eDiscovery

The Director of eDiscovery at Contact Government Services (CGS) is responsible for leading an electronic discovery team within the Government. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Government's professionals in all aspects of litigation support and e-discovery processes.
2. Providing project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake, data analysis, early case assessment, document production, and liaising with third-party vendors.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes, procedures, and practices.
• At least 7 years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery, or technology support environment, preferably within the Government.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO, and other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.
• An understanding of discovery industry best practices and new regulations.

Qualifications:

• A US Citizen.
• A favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
• The Relativity Certified Administrator Certification.
