The Director of eDiscovery at Contact Government Services (CGS) is responsible for leading a team in all aspects of litigation support and e-discovery processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Government's professionals in managing litigation support software, eDiscovery databases, and handling electronic storage information.
- Processing and publishing electronically stored information for cases, preparing documents and exhibits for trial, and maintaining chain of custody documentation.
- Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues within the eDiscovery platform and contributing to internal process development.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of industry best practices and new regulations.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes.
- Experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery, or technology support environment, preferably within the Government.
- Skills in Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity, and experience with multiple eDiscovery software platforms.
- A US Citizenship and Public Trust clearance.
- The ability to learn new eDiscovery review platforms quickly.
Qualifications include:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Relativity Certified Administrator Certification.
