Director of Donor Experience

OTHR$125k–$160k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description at top about mission, then "The Role" with subsections: Annual Giving & Donor Engagement, Integrated Fundraising, Stakeholder Engagement & Representation, Leadership & Collaboration, Additional Responsibilities, What Success Looks Like, Required Qualifications, Professional Skills, Communication & Collaboration, Technical & Physical Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Better Together: Why In-Person Matters at GEB, Annual Salary Range, Benefits. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have: About the role (intro mission). Could be "About the role" heading with paragraph describing mission and role overview. Responsibilities: could combine Annual Giving & Donor Engagement, Integrated Fundraising, Stakeholder Engagement & Representation, Leadership & Collaboration, Additional Responsibilities. Use
  • for list of duties. Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? But they said use Qualifications heading for qualifications. Could have both Required and Preferred under Qualifications? Might need separate sections: Requirements (required qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). But they said use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. We have Skills: Professional Skills, Communication & Collaboration, Technical & Physical Requirements could be under Skills. Benefits: list benefits. Pay: Annual Salary Range. Schedule: maybe mention In-person, Full-time, occasional evenings/weekends, travel locally. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading content; but we can include that in Pay paragraph? They said never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state salary range and benefits, so we can include Pay and Benefits sections. For Pay we can include the range; we should not include "commensurate with experience" as filler? It's part of the sentence but we can include it as part of the paragraph; it's not a heading filler. It's okay. Schedule: posting mentions "In-person, Full-time", "Ability to travel locally...", "Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends". So we can include Schedule section with those details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove "How to apply", "Job Location", "Job Type", etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEO, application instructions, etc. Also removed "Better Together: Why In-Person Matters at GEB" content? That is substantive about in-person collaboration; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for culture. Could add a paragraph under About the role about in-person collaboration. The posting includes a section "Better Together: Why In-Person Matters at GEB". That's substantive; we should preserve it. We can add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate heading like "Work Environment". But allowed headings only those listed; we could add it under About the role as additional paragraph. Let's incorporate that content: "At Guiding Eyes, we believe our best work happens when we’re together. In-person collaboration strengthens relationships, sparks meaningful conversations, and helps us achieve greater impact – bringing our core values to life every day. Being on campus fosters a true sense of community and shared purpose, reminding us that we’re all part of something bigger as we work side by side toward our mission." Add to About the role paragraph. Also we have "Annual Salary Range: $125k - $160k, commensurate with experience." Already in Pay. We also have "Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and market considerations." Keep. We also have "Please include a cover letter along with your resume telling us 'About You' and to share why you're excited about contributing to our mission." That's application instruction; should be removed. Also "As a Guiding Eyes employee, you will enjoy knowing that every day you make a difference in the lives of people with vision loss!" That's a benefit-like statement but could be kept maybe under Benefits? It's not a benefit but a statement; could be included under About the role? It's somewhat fluff but substantive. Might keep as a paragraph under About the role? It's not required but we can keep. However it's somewhat generic; but it's not boilerplate; it's a motivational statement. Could keep. Also "While we appreciate your interest and application, only candidates under consideration will be contacted." That's application instruction; remove. Also "Guiding Eyes for the Blind offers a comprehensive benefits package including the following:" we already captured benefits list. Also "This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as assigned in support of Guiding Eyes for the Blind's mission and operational needs." That's boilerplate; remove. Also "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER M/F, D/V Must be authorized to work in the United States" remove. Also "Gallery Job Type : Full-Time Education Level : Bachelors Degree, Masters Experience Level : Director Job Function : Development How to apply : https://jobs.jobvite.com/guidingeyes/job/o6HCAfwJ Job Location : NY Salary Range : $125k - $160k Status : In-person, Full-time" remove.
