Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead a company-wide Continuous Improvement strategy across multiple distribution and fulfillment facilities.
- Develop Lean methodologies, tools, and governance structures to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner closely with site leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute measurable performance gains.
- Drive process optimization across labor, throughput, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service metrics.
- Lead kaizen events, value stream mapping exercises, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Evaluate warehouse processes, systems, workflows, and organizational structures to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support cultural transformation efforts by coaching leaders and frontline teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement disciplines.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams on warehouse automation, robotics, and process enhancement projects.
- Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience within a 3PL, apparel, retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel distribution environment.
- Proven success building and deploying a Continuous Improvement program from the ground up, including establishing governance, metrics, and operational standards.
- Demonstrated expertise implementing Lean methodologies across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
- Strong track record driving: Process improvement initiatives, Systems reviews and workflow optimization, Organizational effectiveness programs, Cultural transformation and change management initiatives, Operational excellence within high-volume distribution environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse performance metrics, labor productivity, quality improvement, inventory accuracy, and service optimization.
- Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, automated material handling systems, and Labor Management Systems (LMS).
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership, develop high-performing teams, and drive sustainable operational improvements across multiple sites.
