Pay

Salary: $83,000 – $87,000

About the role

As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day foodservice operations, lead a team of employees, manage client relationships, ensure account profitability, and drive talent development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Collaborate with the chef and management team to create nutritious, high‑quality food for students.
• Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the company’s marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison among the company, client, and community.

Preferred qualifications

• BS in Hospitality (preferred).
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience (required).
• Dining experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
