About the role
The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website usability and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other key tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web development and user interface design.
