Ready to lead fundraising efforts that make a lasting impact in our community? United Way Rock River Valley is seeking an experienced Director of Development to drive fundraising strategy, cultivate donor relationships, and lead a high-performing development team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship
• Help expand and diversify revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of fundraising and related leadership experience
• United Way experience or CRFE credentials a plus
• Proven success in relationship-based fundraising and donor cultivation
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
