About the role
The Hub Designer bridges the gap between business development and operations for Valeris. This position is part of the Design & Implementation team and is responsible for driving the successful design and cross-functional execution of newly awarded patient support programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in reimbursement support with a strong understanding of patient affordability, lead timeline discussions, and facilitate the design and launch of new client programs.
- Support new and existing program design and implementation processes across assigned Valeris services.
- Lead and coordinate with Valeris resources for the detailed design of client programs as the primary point of contact, navigating both client and internal stakeholders throughout the program design phase for all contracted Valeris services.
- Gather detailed operational and IT requirements to support program scoping, pricing, and implementation.
- Lead discussions and collect requirements information with clients needed for program design.
- Build design documentation in collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and other vendors.
- Develop and review recommended processes, systems, technology, and roles with the client for each of the Valeris proposed solutions.
- Submit work requests via designated ticketing system to appropriate service owner(s).
- Partner with internal service and product owner(s) as a consultant in the development and/or configuration of implementation deliverables to ensure adherence to the program or service design.
- Stay connected to the operations and IT teams on process and system upgrades to ensure the latest technology is implemented with new client onboarding projects.
- Serve as a resource for program stakeholders responsible for implementation deliverables.
- Facilitate and lead the distribution of requirements to internal and external stakeholders responsible for completing implementation deliverables.
- Coordinate evaluation of custom requirements with client and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with project managers to ensure adherence to deliverables and timelines.
- Obtain final approval and sign off for all program elements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct lessons learned and create recommendations and reports to identify successful and unsuccessful program design.
- Utilize Valeris’ values as the driving force behind the team’s success.
- Adhere to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant industry experience in supporting, program managing, or operating patient support programs.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a reimbursement support or design capacity supporting patient support programs, including project management, risk mitigation, execution, and program closure.
- Exceptional organizational skills to lead, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to command a group of individuals assertively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Lead and direct internal and external teams in a cross-functional capacity, aligning resources to a common goal.
- Business acumen to understand the value Valeris' solutions bring to clients and advocate for clients within Valeris.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to successfully execute programs.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to interact with a diverse team, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Skilled at conflict resolution and proficient at delivering tough messages to clients and internal team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deliverables and program launches.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

- Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
