Responsibilities
- Lead data analyses to develop product features addressing consumer pain points
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers
- Manage a dedicated data science team focused on business and product performance
- Design and conduct experiments to inform product planning
- Translate technical findings into actionable strategies that support user engagement and retention
- Drive personal projects while guiding analysts in their tasks
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
- 5+ years in data analytics or data science with cross-functional support
- Proven people management experience
- Ability to communicate technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of product analytics and marketplace metrics, with practical experience translating insights into actions
