Director of Data Governance
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. So we need to extract sections.
Given posting:
Job Title: Data Governance Director
Job Summary ... (some prose)
Reports To: VP, Data & Analytics
About: National Veterinary Associates ... (some prose)
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) ... (list of responsibilities)
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (Qualifications) ... (list of qualifications)
Location: Remote-friendly. Must be able to collaborate across U.S. time zones. Travel: Minimal. May be once a quarter for stakeholder meetings.
Compensation & Benefits: NVA offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary, annual performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities.
Salary: $160,000 - $217,000
AIP: 20%
FSLA Status: Exempt
We need sections: About the role (maybe "About" corresponds to About the role). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (Qualifications)" is qualifications; but we also have Skills separate? The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content.
We have About (company overview) -> About the role? Actually "About" is about the company, not the role. But we can treat as About the role? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map:
- About the role: maybe combine Job Summary and About company? The Job Summary describes role. The About section describes company. Both could be under About the role? Might be okay.
- Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)" list.
- Requirements: maybe location, travel? Or we could put location/travel under Requirements? But the instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements are like experience, education; Qualifications are skills. But we have a block "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (Qualifications)" which includes experience, track record, tool experience, stakeholder management, analytical skills. That could be Qualifications. Skills could be separate but we may not have a distinct skills list separate from qualifications. Could combine.
- Benefits: from Compensation & Benefits paragraph (benefits list). Also we have Salary and AIP etc for Pay.
- Pay: Salary range and AIP (bonus). Also maybe FSLA status? Not needed.
- Schedule: maybe location remote-friendly, travel minimal quarterly. Could be Schedule? Or we could put under Requirements? But we have a Schedule section possible: remote-friendly, travel minimal quarterly.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" (that's in Benefits paragraph but we can still include benefits but need to avoid filler? The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So if we include Benefits section, we must ensure the content is not just that phrase. The Benefits paragraph includes "competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary, annual performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities." The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler but it's part of a sentence; we can still include the section as long as we don't have only filler. It's okay.
Pay section: we have salary range and AIP 20%. That's specific.
Schedule: location remote-friendly, travel minimal quarterly. That's specific.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them appropriately.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
Thus:
- About the role: combine Job Summary and About company? Might be two paragraphs. Use
for each.
- Responsibilities: list each responsibility as
- .
- Qualifications: list each qualification as
- . The block includes multiple sentences; we can split into bullet points.
- Skills: maybe we don't have separate skills; but we could extract from qualifications: exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Could be separate Skills section. However we already used those in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Qualifications only and not Skills. But instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for skills (stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving). Could make a Skills section.
But we must not duplicate content. If we split qualifications into two sections, we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Could do:
Qualifications: experience, track record, tool experience, cloud platform familiarity.
Skills: stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving.
That seems reasonable.
Benefits: list each benefit as
- .
Pay: salary range and AIP maybe as
or
. Could be with details.
Schedule: location remote-friendly, travel minimal quarterly as
.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading only; but it's okay inside paragraph.
We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
