About the role

The Director of Cosmetics oversees aesthetic advanced practice providers at the clinic location. This role is based in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of aesthetic advanced practice providers
• Collaboration with medical advisory board to shape policies and practices
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
• Participation in monthly grand rounds and journal clubs
• Collaborating with academic appointments at the University of Washington
• Leading clinical research initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical advisory board and staff

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Minimum of 5 years of dermatology experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead clinical operations
