Director of Corporate Development

About the role

The Director of Corporate Development will lead strategic initiatives to enhance corporate development activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate development strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential acquisition opportunities that drive growth and value creation.
• Manage due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and legal review.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and partners to facilitate business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired companies and ensure successful integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within corporate development or a related field.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate development and M&A.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
