Job Description

We’re seeking a highly driven Director of Construction Operations to lead and oversee our project management, field, and administrative teams. This key leadership role ensures that every project is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple job sites
• Lead project managers, superintendents, and support staff
• Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and performance goals
• Implement and optimize operational systems and processes
• Manage subcontractor performance and vendor relationships
• Develop high-performing teams through mentorship and accountability

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in construction operations or project management
• Proven leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-million dollar projects
• Deep knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Strong communication, team-building, and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred)
