Responsibilities

• Establish project strategies, monitor performance, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and resolve challenges.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and executive leadership to align construction activities with business goals and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Results-driven professional with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
