About the role

Cornerstone at Milford is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations to drive all sales and outreach activities, achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, and continuously maximize occupancy. The role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, conducting presentations showcasing services and innovative programs, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents throughout the sales and move-in process. The ideal candidate will position Cornerstone at Milford as a leader in the assisted living industry, educating the community on the aging process and helping families find a supportive home environment focused on resident quality of life.

  • Utilize technology effectively for job duties and communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
  • Apply knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques to support cognitively impaired residents.

Schedule

Full-time salaried role: Monday–Friday, business hours, with a rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation. This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Pay

Annual salary starting at $75,000, plus a bonus structure.
