About the role

At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff-to-patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Responsibilities

  • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
  • Review and monitor sales and service performances.
  • Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
  • Provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team, including hiring of qualified hospice personnel, provision of hospice services, delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel, and evaluations.
  • Establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working in leadership.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.

Pay

$95k–$103K annual salary plus bonus opportunities.
